The Colorado Energy Assurance Emergency Plan (CEAEP) was developed to provide useful guidance and serve as a resource for the State of Colorado to improve emergency operations in preparing for, responding to and recovering from an energy sector power failure to include: electric power outage or disruption, natural gas delivery disruption, and/or liquid fuels shortage or delivery disruption.
